These terms of service apply to agreements between Black Mango ("we", "us") and the client regarding the delivery of Amazon Account Management and related services. The terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The scope of services is agreed individually with each client and may include setup and optimization of listings, SEO, PPC advertising, FBA account operations and ongoing reporting. The specific scope is set out in the quote or agreement.
Delivery requires the client to grant us the necessary access to their Amazon Seller Central account and to provide relevant materials and information. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for holding the necessary rights to products and content.
Prices are stated in the quote and are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of the client's own ad budget, which is paid directly to Amazon. The onboarding sprint is invoiced at the start, and the ongoing retainer is invoiced monthly. Payment terms are net 8 days unless otherwise agreed.
The ongoing retainer runs monthly with no long lock-in period. The engagement can be terminated with effect from the end of the current month plus one month. Termination must be made in writing.
We deliver our services professionally and to the best professional standard. Results on Amazon depend on many factors outside our control, including market, competition, product, price and Amazon's own systems. We therefore cannot guarantee specific sales or ranking results.
Our liability is limited to the amount the client has paid for the service in the three months preceding the matter giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including operating losses, lost profits or loss of data.

The agreement is governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably and otherwise settled by the Danish courts with Aarhus as the venue.
